1. Our Services

AstraVizion AI Solutions offers a range of learning, training, research, and professional-development services, which may include:

• Virtual internships
• Certification courses
• Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)
• Workshops and training programs
• Research assistance and academic support
• Industry-oriented skill-development programs
• Career and professional-development programs
• Educational, technical, research, and other professional programs introduced from time to time
• Any other services that AstraVizion AI Solutions may offer in the future

The duration, schedule, eligibility, fee, deliverables, mode of delivery, and other details may differ from one program to another. The applicable details will be communicated to participants during the registration or enrollment process.

2. Eligibility and Information Provided by Participants

Participants are expected to provide correct and complete information while registering for any program or service.

Where necessary, AstraVizion AI Solutions may ask for documents or other information to verify identity, educational qualifications, institutional affiliation, or eligibility for a particular program.

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements of the program they choose to join.

3. Registration and Enrollment

Registration will be treated as complete once the required registration process has been completed and, where applicable, the prescribed fee has been paid.

Depending on the program, AstraVizion AI Solutions may provide a registration confirmation, enrollment communication, receipt, email, or other relevant communication.

AstraVizion AI Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel an enrollment in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information being provided
• Failure to meet the eligibility requirements
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized registration
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Other genuine operational or administrative reasons requiring cancellation

4. Program Schedule and Changes

Program dates, timings, trainers, mentors, assignments, activities, online platforms, or other aspects of a program may occasionally need to be changed.

Where there is a significant change, AstraVizion AI Solutions will make reasonable efforts to inform the participants.

In situations involving technical issues, administrative requirements, operational circumstances, or other unforeseen events, AstraVizion AI Solutions may reschedule, modify, postpone, or discontinue a session or program where reasonably necessary.

5. Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend their scheduled sessions and take an active interest in the activities associated with their program.

Depending on the nature of the program, participants may be required to complete assignments, projects, assessments, presentations, submissions, attendance requirements, or other activities.

Where a certificate or other credential is offered, it will be issued only after the participant has met the applicable completion requirements.

Simply registering for a program or paying the applicable fee does not, by itself, guarantee a certificate.

6. Certificates and Credentials

Where a certificate is part of a program, it will be issued subject to the participant meeting the relevant requirements.

Participants must not:

• Alter, forge, reproduce, or otherwise manipulate a certificate
• Misrepresent what a certificate represents
• Claim qualifications, employment, affiliation, or professional status that has not actually been granted
• Use the name, logo, certificate, or credentials of AstraVizion AI Solutions in a misleading or unauthorized manner

Certificates may carry a unique serial number or verification mechanism, wherever applicable.

If a certificate is found to have been obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized activity, or violation of program requirements, AstraVizion AI Solutions reserves the right to cancel or invalidate it.

7. Virtual Internship Terms

Our internship programs are designed to provide participants with practical exposure, learning opportunities, project experience, skill development, and professional development.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, participation in an internship does not create an employer-employee relationship with AstraVizion AI Solutions.

Completion of an internship does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, promotion, admission, or any other future professional opportunity.

The projects, assignments, timelines, mentoring arrangements, and deliverables associated with an internship may vary depending on the particular program.

Participants are expected to complete their assigned work responsibly and within the timelines communicated to them.

8. Research Assistance Services

Research assistance provided by AstraVizion AI Solutions is intended to support participants in areas such as research methodology, analysis, academic development, and related research activities.

The participant remains responsible for the originality, accuracy, interpretation, authorship, submission, and academic integrity of their research work.

AstraVizion AI Solutions does not support or encourage plagiarism, fabrication of data, falsification of results, manipulation of research findings, impersonation, or any other form of academic misconduct.

Participants are responsible for following the academic, ethical, authorship, citation, and research requirements of their university, institution, journal, conference, or other relevant authority.

Where assistance involves software, statistical analysis, data analysis, AI tools, editing, or research methodology, participants should independently review and validate the final work before using or submitting it.

9. Academic Integrity and Responsible Use

We expect all participants to maintain honesty, integrity, and professional conduct throughout their association with AstraVizion AI Solutions.

The following are not permitted:

• Plagiarism or unauthorized copying
• Presenting another person's work as one's own
• Fabricating or falsifying information or research data
• Using another participant's account or credentials without authorization
• Cheating or deliberately providing false information
• Creating or using false certificates or documents
• Misusing AI-generated content
• Copyright infringement
• Any unlawful or fraudulent activity

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, AstraVizion AI Solutions may suspend or terminate participation and may also cancel certificates or other credentials already issued.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AstraVizion AI Solutions retains ownership of its original training materials, course content, presentations, videos, documents, templates, assessment materials, branding, logos, and other proprietary content.

Participants may use these materials for their own learning and for the intended purpose of the program.

They may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, commercially exploit, upload, publish, modify, or share such proprietary materials without prior written permission from AstraVizion AI Solutions.

Projects and assignments created by participants will remain subject to the intellectual-property rights and specific terms applicable to the relevant program.

Where a project is developed jointly or makes use of proprietary materials belonging to AstraVizion AI Solutions, additional terms regarding ownership or permitted use may apply.

11. Use of Our Name and Logo

Participants must not represent themselves as employees, authorized representatives, trainers, consultants, partners, or official affiliates of AstraVizion AI Solutions unless such status has been expressly provided in writing.

The AstraVizion AI Solutions name, logo, trademarks, certificates, branding, and other intellectual property must not be used for commercial, promotional, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

12. Fees and Payments

The applicable program fee, registration fee, and any other charges will be communicated before or during the registration process.

Participants are responsible for entering and confirming their payment details correctly.

Where specifically applicable, taxes, payment gateway charges, or other associated charges may be payable by the participant.

A payment confirmation or receipt may be provided, as applicable to the program or transaction.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be governed by the refund terms communicated for the particular program.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, registration fees may not be refundable once a participant has been enrolled or access to program materials or services has been provided.

If AstraVizion AI Solutions cancels a program before it begins, the company may, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy, offer an alternative such as rescheduling, transferring the participant to another batch, or providing a refund.

Where refunds are permitted, the participant must submit the request within the applicable time period communicated for that program.

14. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally when interacting with trainers, mentors, employees, fellow participants, institutions, and other stakeholders associated with AstraVizion AI Solutions.

Participants must not engage in activities such as:

• Harassment or abusive behaviour
• Threatening, offensive, or inappropriate communication
• Discriminatory behaviour
• Misuse of online platforms
• Deliberately disrupting training sessions
• Recording or distributing sessions without authorization
• Sharing confidential information without permission
• Any other conduct that may negatively affect other participants or the reputation or operations of AstraVizion AI Solutions

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination of participation.

15. Online Sessions and Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for having the internet connection, device, software, and other technical facilities required to participate in online programs.

AstraVizion AI Solutions will generally not be responsible for interruptions arising from circumstances such as:

• The participant's internet connection
• The participant's device or software
• Third-party platforms
• Power interruptions
• Network or connectivity problems
• Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of AstraVizion AI Solutions

Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Some programs may make use of third-party services such as video-conferencing platforms, learning platforms, payment gateways, cloud services, communication applications, or other external services.

Use of these services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective service provider.

AstraVizion AI Solutions does not control the independent policies, systems, or availability of such third-party platforms.

17. Content and Learning Outcomes

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, relevant, and accurate educational and professional-development content.

However, technologies, software features, industry practices, research requirements, and professional standards can change over time.

Participation in any program should not be understood as a guarantee of a particular academic result, job, salary, promotion, placement, publication, research acceptance, business outcome, or other specific result.

The outcome of a program may depend on several factors, including the participant's effort, prior knowledge, performance, market conditions, institutional requirements, and other circumstances.

18. Privacy and Participant Information

Information provided by participants during registration or participation may be used as reasonably necessary to operate and administer our programs and services. This may include:

• Attendance and participation records
• Certificate issuance and verification
• Program administration
• Customer support
• Feedback and improvement of our services
• Compliance with applicable legal requirements

Participants are advised not to share unnecessary sensitive personal information through public communication channels.

19. Promotional Use

If a participant has a specific concern regarding the use of their photograph, testimonial, personal information, or identifiable content, they may contact AstraVizion AI Solutions.

20. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of non-public information shared by AstraVizion AI Solutions, its trainers, mentors, clients, research collaborators, or other participants.

Such confidential information must not be disclosed, copied, published, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

21. Limitation of Liability

AstraVizion AI Solutions will make reasonable efforts to deliver its services in accordance with the information provided for the relevant program.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AstraVizion AI Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from a participant's use of its services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

22. Force Majeure

AstraVizion AI Solutions will not be considered to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions where its performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, government restrictions, technical infrastructure failures, widespread internet or network disruptions, public emergencies, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, AstraVizion AI Solutions may reschedule the affected activity or provide an alternative arrangement.

23. Changes to These Terms

As our services, operations, technology, and applicable legal requirements change, AstraVizion AI Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be made available on our website along with the applicable effective or updated date.

Where permitted by law, continued use of our services after the updated terms come into effect may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by AstraVizion AI Solutions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.

25. Resolving Concerns and Disputes

If a participant has a concern or dispute, we encourage them to contact AstraVizion AI Solutions first so that the matter can be discussed and, where possible, resolved amicably.

If the matter cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, the parties may exercise the remedies available to them under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Understanding

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable program information, registration terms, refund policy, privacy policy, and any other written terms communicated by AstraVizion AI Solutions, form the applicable understanding between AstraVizion AI Solutions and the participant in relation to the relevant service.

If a particular program has specific terms that differ from these general Terms & Conditions, those program-specific terms will apply to that program to the extent permitted by applicable law.
